Extended Hours

The practice is also open for late evening surgery, by appointment only, every weekday evening. These surgeries are intended for patients who cannot easily attend during the day. Late surgeries run from 18.30 – 19.00 Monday - Friday. There are a limited number of appointments so please book one only if you cannot attend at other times.

After 18.30 please use the intercom system to gain access to the building.

When We Are Closed

When the surgery is closed, and you cannot wait until the surgery re-opens you will hear a voice mail message asking you to contact the emergency service by dialling NHS 111. You may be given advice, asked to attend an emergency centre or a doctor will make a house call if thought necessary. All calls to this number are free from both mobiles and landlines.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
